The perfectionist Khan loves social networking sites. Isn’t that a surprise for people who thought he’s not into them?

Well, it’s because he doesn’t use his real name on these sites that people think he’s not all that Internet savvy. He uses a common pseudonym on Orkut, Facebook and Twitter not only to keep in touch with everyone but also to learn youths’ opinions on various subjects related to politics, films, social issues, sports and other fields.

His blog, www.aamirkhan.com is very popular but he wanted to have a completely new identity to be able to chat with people openly.

Bees Saal Baad Big B is singing the same old tune!

Sujoy Ghosh has incorporated a folk song, O Re Saawariya, into his latest film, Aladin. The song is featured on Amitabh Bachchan. But here’s the interesting part. Amitabh Bachchan sang the song at a stage show around 20 years ago. Sujoy heard it and kept it in mind.

According to sources, Bachchan came up with a few lines of a song on the spur-of-the moment on a stage show for his fans 20 years ago.

Sujoy had heard it back then and while working on the music of Aladin last year, he spoke to music directors Vishal and Shekhar.

Afraid of Salman's ire, Katrina to dump John?

It was just weeks back that a Mumbai tabloid went on and on about an alleged clandestine relationship between Katrina Kaif and John Abraham while they were shooting their film together, New York.

Though the talks now have died down what with both Kat and John vehemently denying any such thing having happened, it cant be denied that Katrina’s rapport with boyfriend Salman Khan has not exactly been great since then.

Adding to her woes now is an offer from Dev D maker Anurag Kashyap to star in his next opposite John Abraham.

Decade later, Salman the singer returns

A decade after he was last heard as a singer, Salman Khan is back behind the mike for his upcoming release 'Wanted'. Composer duo Sajid-Wajid say the song titled 'Most Wanted Track' is true to the mood and theme of the film.

'The song is indeed a special part of 'Wanted'. We wanted to make something 'dhamakedaar' for Salman bhai and the idea was to have a track that gives audiences a taste of what the film is all about. This is why you don't just hear Salman bhai mouthing a few dialogues from the film but also singing in the true sense,' Wajid told IANS.

Impatient saif watches film trial at 2am!

Often a producer's excitement at the release of the first copy of his film is no less an experience of having a new born baby.

Bollywood's latest actor-turned-producer Saif Ali Khan showed similar kind of gesture however, he took his anxiety to an altogether different level.

It so happens, that Saif and his Illuminati Films production partner Dinesh Vijan, after receiving the first final copy of the film, couldn't resist watching it as soon as they could. They immediately arranged a trial theater for the same and watched the film.

Lets keep Indian History alive

The Hartley estate Tamil and Telugu cemetery is set for a revamp. The aim is to have the revamped grave site declared as heritage site.

Chairman of the Hartely Estate Tamil and Telugu Cemetary Mr. Kenny Padayachee said" This project is important as it is the only heritage site in Overport that links to the indentured labourers. By restoring the grave site we will be paying honour to our forefathers who gave toiled for the benefits we enjoy.
