Sugars has swept the streets of Chatsworth and many school children have become addicts.
Parents and teachers alike are concerned for their children.
Chairperson of the Anti-drug Forum, Sam Pillay, has a passion for helping addicts off the street. As a community worker, he spends his life coaxing addicts away from drugs.This is not an easy task in Chatsworth, where the streets are far from quiet and drug-free.
